Team Boards and cap.

Team boards are done. But before they are opened up we need to address the cap for teams.

I would like people to weigh in and give their opinion on what they feel the team cap should be without getting unmanageable.

My concern is that over at FLR there was no specified team cap and things got out of hand. The teams are much harder to manage and people generally break off into little groups, thus limiting the team experience to their little group instead of the team as a whole.
Another downside would be when trying top enter a competition that has limited team entrants a larger team means more people not able to take part.

I understand however that some people are coming over as a team, and I want to avoid any concern over any proposed cap, which is why I am asking for feedback concerning this.
My initial thought was a maximum of 10, how would people feel about a cap of this level? Do you think it's too low, if so what do you propose the cap should be?

Obviously this is only my opinion, and I am open to suggestions on this, rather than make a decision and try and dictate it to everybody.

It's not going to be like that around here unfortunately.

how about 12 people in each team

Im with roper - 12 people seems like a good #

I was going to suggest 10,but would be willing to go with 12.

thought u was going 8 so you can fill lobbys we will never get 12 or 10 peeps in a room if everybody turns up for a session

or 16 so you can divide them in to 2 groups of 8 again

not very often that everyone is on together ,but it's worth a thought

I would have to agree with 12 it is very rare that an entire team is ever on all at once. even if your team only has 8 people as I think that is about where our team is it will allow for a small amount of future growth if required
